American Airlines will open their doors for student and military competitors, alternates, and coaches on Monday April 25. Tour attendees will select one of two tour options--
AM Option
9:00 AM: Bus pickup @ Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Lower Lobby D
10:00 - 11:30 AM: Tour @ American Airlines DFW
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Lunch @ American Airlines DFW
12:30 PM: Bus transfer from American Airlines DFW to Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Lower Lobby D
PM Option
11:00 AM: Bus pickup @ Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Lower Lobby D
11:45 AM - 12:45 PM: Lunch @ American Airlines DFW
12:45 - 2:15 PM: Tour @ American Airlines DFW
2:15 PM: Bus transfer from American Airlines DFW to Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Lower Lobby D
Tour attendees must wear close-toed walking shoes and face mask. Exposure to the outdoors is likely so dress appropriate to the weather conditions. Ear and eye protection will be provided. All attendees must take the shuttle bus transportation provided to attend the tour.
Please Note: Attendees are required to have an MRO Americas name badge in order to board the shuttle bus, meaning individuals must visit the MRO Americas registration desk prior to boarding. Show registration opens at 8 AM on April 25 so please plan accordingly.
